My favorite Japanese pop singer, she makes the most amazing music videos, and she is now going on her first world tour, titled “100% KPP WORLD TOUR 2013″, will begin in February 2013 and will last until April. If you live in the US, UK, France, Belgium, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore,Australia, and Kyary’s native Japan, you can see her. Do it, im sure it would be amazballs.

Also, by any chance you live in Japan, in February and March of 2013, a museum exhibit titled “Kyary Pamyu Pamuseum” will house all of her costumes, will be held in Roppongi Hills, Tokyo.

"Kyary started as a fashion blogger, and then began her professional career as a model for Harajuku fashion magazines such as Kera! and Zipper. After achieving a measure of fame, she began to establish herself as a businesswoman by launching a line of false eyelashes called“Harajuku Doll Eyelashes by Eyemazing x Kyary”.

In July 2011, she began her musical career by releasing her first promo single, “PonPonPon” and she cited Gwen Stefani, Christina Aguileraand Katy Perry as her biggest inspirations. The music video, a psychedelictribute to kawaisa and Decora culture, was released to YouTube andbecame a viral hit, with 43 millions visits, up to be broadcast on MTVand The Huffington Post, followed by “Fashion Monster” that is her second most famous single.

In December 2012, Kyary was styled by Nicola Formichetti and photographed by Matt Irwin for Dazed & Confused, and she was chosen by Vogue Japan magazine as “Woman of the Year”. "
